I am an Executive Nurse Leader, Legal Nurse Consultant, and Founder of Sista RN & Friends Inc. With over 20 years of experience in emergency medicine and hospital leadership, I’ve dedicated my career to saving lives, changing systems, and empowering others.

Through my consulting firm, XConsultants.co,, I help attorneys, patients, and families bridge the gap between healthcare and the legal system.

I specialize in case reviews, emergency department operations, and advocating for patients’ rights.

Beyond the hospital, I’m passionate about community healing and leadership development. I created initiatives like Empower Her 423 and Hooked on Healing 423, programs that focus on mental health, youth empowerment, and family support.
